I really like these spaces that you are creating. I have a penchant for ledges!

your work does entice lengthy study. I find my self staring at them for long periods just thinking. you work inspires different ways of seeing and helps fuel my imagination.

im a bit worried about the internal structure of this work...i dont know perhaps im used to seeing well composed works from you, but this work seems utter chaos for my eyes, some are visual noises, but if you are aiming to trigger the feeling of confusion to your viewers then you succeeded...anyways i remain a fan of your ouvre...keep it up

first, a lot of the newest works are built on instability - like continual shifting ground - something a prof likened to the current global situation. Uncertainty. in this work, the ground is disjointed - not sure what is horizon, what is water, air, land - what is holding this structure up. the central figure almost grasps on while his world is in change. finding security maybe.

the key is to not evoke too much confusion - but to find relation to real-world things. the double-ended cane, the plexi-glas walls, the tree roots, the fluid lumps that drip... i find it my most successful yet, and will build on this 'falling apart' deconstruction of space and figure.

thank you for the comment and support my friend!
